Indira Sinton is a consultant in the field of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness.  She holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Toronto and Queen's University, U.K. with a specialty in Organizational / Industrial Psychology. 

Indira has consulted on, developed and managed national and international programming in this field for major Canadian organizations in the Retail, Communications and Banking industries. 

Her focus has been in the areas of:

Indira has also contributed her expertise in the not-for-profit and charitable sectors. This includes work she has done with CSA International (The Canadian Standards Association), the management of a national corporate campaign for the United Way, and serving on the Board of Directors of Toronto's largest Family Shelter.
